Dr V: There is  the need for more

You place people and companies in strategic places to bring you more wealth

You can take vacations with your family to the place of your choice

Sct Bbhills: Is that the end then? After that nko?

Dr V: You mentor the upcoming generations

Sct Bbhills: Life is too precious to live on probability fa. I dunno when I’ll die, why don’t I do all that’s needed while I’m living than chasing wealth. To continue in a rat race with no end?

Dr Abraham: Who feels safe and secure? The poor boy who was a killed by a hit-and-run vehicle? The bricklayer who fell from a storey building and is now paralyzed?  The traders who were killed by policemen because of bribe?

Sct Bbhills: See truth is, I want to be rich, wealthy or whatever it is that there is to be, but life is not gonna be dependent on that

Dr V: Haba…. Just add yours sis Dabs…. To make heaven

Dr Ike: you guys should channel your energy into what will give u money already fa

Sct Bbhills: Lol, yeah

Dr Abraham: In my opinion, more people die from poverty than from wealth.

Dr Abraham: Life itself, IS A risk

Sct Bbhills: You my dear, that’s why you’ll teach us how to make wealth and enlighten us how you manage two businesses and is still diligent in your profession

Dr Abraham: And therefore lived on probability.

Dr Winner : πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»Poverty is a disease in itself.Remember the WHO definition of *Health*?

Sct Bbhills: πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ. You hit this one. I like

Dr Winner : It concludes by saying…

… and not just the absence of diseases.

Collins‬: And Zenith’s bank worth is over 500 billion naira

Sct Bbhills: The idea was to share knowledge, help ya brothers and sisters that want to be wealthy too na. I’m being real

Pharm Tonasibe: Oya share your Businesses o

Sct Ebere: @Olusegun Abraham do you have an ebube?
Abi I should dump Winner?

Pharm Tonasibe: How will you motivate and not drop business Ideas, Especially my daughter with 11 Ventures☹

Pharm Eniola: Purpose kills it all for me.

Believe there’s something am designed for. If I don’t have enough to execute it, am a failure. To everything I have, to what aim and function?. Watching documentaries from these Eastern princes( Dhubai guys), one of them said…I make money and spend it. I don’t keep it in banks..I spend it!! Some of them have different cars(million of dollars) for different days of the week.To what end????? If you have a thing without attaching purpose to it, it becomes useless.

Pharm Tonasibe: Ijecks and Sons Multiventure company and industry, 042 avenue, Enugu

Sct Bbhills: Pls one more advice to the young men that already see themselves wealthy soon, pls get a wife now, because by that time, you will be getting a gold digger and needless to say, I’m single and hustling tooπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

Dr Abraham: There is something called MVP- Minimum Viable Product

Dr Ike: Because money tickles your fancy

Sct Chidiebere: Momma Ayeen, share your knowledge biko

Dr Abraham: Mostly used by tech start-ups

Pharm Tonasibe: Dubai people…my role model

Dr IkeCarnal gal….so you want to reap wia you no sow?

Dr Winner: Good. That’s what is on board today. 😊

Sct Chidiebere: How many businesses do you have?

Shift now

Pharm EniolaRemember, ur popsi no get oil well o.

Dr Winner : Share please.

Sct Bbhills: Savagery πŸ˜”

Dr V: Park jor, tomorrow is for relationship talk

Dr Winner: ☹

Sct Chidiebere:@pharm eniola That’s entrepreneurship by marriage

Dr Abraham: Not really. I just think health professionals need to think without having a ‘box’ in mind. We have been too comfortable for a long time.

Dr Winner : Great advice

Dr V: Dont mind that baby

Dr Abraham: A minimum viable product (MVP) is the the most pared down version of a product that can still be released. An MVP has three key characteristics:
It has enough value that people are willing to use it or buy it initially
It demonstrates enough future benefit to retain early adopters
It provides a feedback loop to guide future developers

Dr Winner: Hmmmm. Example please. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Sct Springy: As much as I agree, but even his personality contributed. He could have found reasons to be happy, money didn’t give him the happiness, money also shouldn’t have taken it away from him.  He could have remembered how many people he had helped.

I think his personality also Contributed to his denying himself the happiness.

 I totally agree.

Some people, it was in the quest of making it like they saw someone did, that they denied themselves the best of what they could be and what they could do.  And even after attaining to that height, they feel empty and die sad.

Dr V: With this wealth mindset you can set up a big health facility, schools, biznesses, and much more…. Cause i see health professionals who have been in the system for a long time and looking poor… So it is a problem of mindset and poor planning.

Dr Abraham: In running a MVP, you bootstrap.
Bootstrapping is using the least money required to successfully run a MVP

Dr V: I am getting loaded

Pharm Tonasibe: Examples of MVPs

Pharm Eniola: your guy is growingπŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡

Sct Bbhills: The little I know about MVP is that it helps you conserve resources and minimize spending in that the market testing strategy ensures that the market wants the product before a large amount of money is invested to start it up.
Sir, Abraham, I still need more clarity because you seem to be explaining from a tech point of view

Dr Abraham: In the teaching hospital I did my housejob, only a few of the health professionals I interacted with knew what ‘digital health’ is even though the Federal Government already have a “Steering Committee ” on Digital Health

Pharm Eniola: Let me go and prepare for work biko.πŸƒπŸΎπŸƒπŸΎπŸƒπŸΎπŸƒπŸΎ

Dr  Winner : By almost mid day? Lol

Dr V: And when it hits them everything they know becomes obsolete

Sct Bbhills: Some people run shifts na

Pharm Eniola: My Locum is for 2pm

Dr V: Then retire sets in

Sct Spring: I know zilch about MVPπŸ™†πŸΏπŸ™†πŸΏ.  Please tell me too

Dr Abraham: You are right. It started with tech but has been adapted into various sectors.Ok

Mention anything you want me to use as an example of how you create a MVP?

Sct Godchosen: Pure water/bottled water

Sct Bbhills: Someone said pure water/ bottle water and Also an online clothing store .

Dr V: For mark his MVP was facebook, Gates own was softwares, dangote was consumable items

Pharm Tonasibe: For You…what’s your MVP?πŸ™„

Dr Winner : Uhmmmmmm. Great stuffs here.

Dr Ike: All of u here are my MVP Coman beat me

Pharm Tonasibe: For me…my MVP is ijecks

Dr V: 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣 na you be your own

Pharm Tonasibe: And Ijecks has 11 business

 Dr V: I see

Dr  Winner : Hianity

Pharm Tonasibe: A minimum viable product (MVP) is the the most pared down version of a product that can still be released. An MVP has three key characteristics:
It has enough value that people are willing to use it or buy it initially
It demonstrates enough future benefit to retain early adopters
It provides a feedback loop to guide future development…But Ijecks no satisfy these 4 criteria. Abi these 3 characteristics sha..

Sct Bbhills: You are not getting the point fa. Facebook couldn’t have been an MVP because an MVP is like a market testing strategy, you use it to check and know if it would sell and the demand for it is high. He’s MVP could have been something little he started up that led to the launching of Facebook.
Abi, what am I even saying πŸ€”. I dunno again, biko explain na

Sct Springy: Lol, I just understood. At the time I asked, I didn’t have an idea what it was.

 Dr V: 🀣🀣🀣 God epp u

Sct BbhillsOhk so it’s time to joke now yeah? Cuz I go like play o? πŸ˜œπŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ˜œπŸ˜œπŸ˜œ

Dr Abraham: If I were to start a bottled water company , I will use the ‘most loved’ as my MVP.
Get some packs, make them pass through ‘my distinctive process’, relabel it and sell

Dr V: I just wish i can lay hands  on the story about two salesmen sent to a remote village where people walk barefooted. It explains so much

Dr Abraham: For the online clothing store, take pictures of the great clothes your friends and contacts. Speak with gyrobuzz and let him agree to allow you defer payment for a while

Sct Springy: Is there anyhow you can break down all these terminologies, 😰😰😰😰.  For someone at beginners level like me?

Dr Abraham: In the original facebook, there was no ability to text, upload videos, go live, open a page e.t.c. That was his MVP.

Dr Abraham: Not original please, the first product

Dr V: Before facebook was launched, there was a social misconnect(pardon this) he did a testing at one campus and boom we are now using it

Sct Springy: In other words, something you want to put out there, you want to see how much people will like it and will demand for it(to your own profit) , and then with time, you grow it and improve it..?

Dr Abraham: I know someone who just downloaded clothing pictures she knows she can make, placed them on her website and started receiving orders.

Dr Winner: Now simplified and understood. Thanks much.

Sct Springy: Ohwkay I get now.  Thanks.

The only MVP I knew was Most Valuable Player.

Dr Abraham: I’m a fan of Quora and Medium. They are online social community that have been helpful.
You are interested in tech, add StackOverflow. I don’t want to be a developer, but then I get to the evolution taking place in the tech community and know the demands I can place for the business Chief Technical Officer.

 Dr V: Ideas>MVPs> what next?

Dr Winner : Is this StarkOverflow a Facebook group, page or what?

Or website?

 Dr Ike: Website…forum

Dr Winner : OK

Dr Abraham: For most their MVPs become their ‘Prototype’, but for others, adding up the first set of customers feedback to their MVPs become their prototype.

Dr Winner : Thanks. What are the benefits as it relates to business start ups?

Dr Abraham: Not ‘r’ but ‘c’ . It’s a website.

Pharm Tonasibe: Quora is bae

Dr Abraham: Especially for those of us who don’t have the time to be attending ‘business masterclasses’

Dr Winner : Most of those comments there are not from experts. Everyone is commenting. You can’t even sieve out expert information from average information.
Masterclasses are still the best. At least, before you pay up, you’re assured of the person’s expertise and delivery.

Dr Abraham: After the Prototype, you launch. Customers / Clients feedback is sacrosanct for any business to survive. They would tell you what you should remove and add, and what your competitors are doing?

Dr Abraham: Your top competitor

 Ijecks: True

Welldone Abraham

Dr Abraham: Your top competitor

Sct Godchosen: Ok

Like improving what is already there?

Dr Abraham: Well, most masterclasses know create the opportunity to network and increase your social capital.

Yes except you are going into a village that has no bottled water. If you are not improving( adding value), I don’t see the need of venturing into it. We will just end up supersaturating it and almost destroying the business as we do in this country.

Dr Winner : Yes ni o

Dr V: Case of peak milk and cowbell or hypo and jik, hypo saw that sacheting bleech in smaller quantities sells faster than selling in bulk and they pushed jik down. Till now they are still holding the market

Dr Abraham: In my opinion, I believe anyone interested in entrepreneurship should check up on “Internet of Things (IoT). It’s also about playing the ‘long ball’s.

Sct Godchosen: πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

I understand MVP now

So importers should import something with additional value instead of same product which causes oversaturation and hence, bad market.

Dr Winner : This gentleman has some good stuffs upstairs πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Lol.Everything is important too. That creates balance.

CR: Thanks to Dr v for that Beautiful topic  .
