This is an official statement as regards the recent issue with eParcel submissions for HMB Abuja.
That, parcels for clients submitted on or before Friday were unsuccessful even though documents have been printed and packaged for submission. This was consequent upon the release of an official statement by the HMB, barring all submissions.
We will also like to note that not all submissions were via NPMI eParcel service, as such, will not be held liable for any mishaps. Also eParcel fees for submissions are not to be confused with application fees imposed by the receiving institution before applications can be submitted.
Word has also gotten to us that some aggrieved individuals have understandably pointed out their grievances, due to unsuccessful submissions of their parcel, we sincerely sympathize with you, and the eParcel team is working out an achievable plan to mitigate risks associated with this development. The admins will contact those affected.
It is at this point we would like to reiterate that NPMI eParcel is the most reliable service with a structure, and we would not drop standards as long as you continue to believe in us. Hence we apologise for any inconveniences this must have caused. We are here to serve you better.
Thank you.
