• Provisional Certificate of registration from the Council.
METHODS OF APPLICATION

b 461 NAF Hospital Kaduna.
Completed application forms, together with written application, are to be submitted with relevant documents at any of the 2 centres stated above within 2 weeks of this advertisement Candidates are required to affix 1 passport size photograph to their application forms
SELECTION INTERVIEW
Shortlisted candidates will be invited via SMS for selection
interview at one of the 2 centres. Successful Candidates will be expected to work at 561 NAF Hospital ikeja only for the period of one year and are to abide by the civil service regulations and ethics.
House Officers/ Interns will be provided free accommodation and paid salaries in line with the current scale approved by the Federal Government.
